O.P. Something is wrong with Messenger servers, for some accounts!
I am experiencing the problem where no one can message me..eg I can message people..but if they are messaging me they receive "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients" and I receive no replies, unless i keep the chat window open...
If i change to another messenger acount everything works ok, but with my usual acount i'm having troubles!!!!
I have also tried the Windows Mobile Messenger software on my PDA and the problem is the same. If i change to another messenger acount everything works fine!!!!
I think this problem is associated with some messenger acounts (is there somenthing going extremely wrong on messenger servers?????) Does any body confirm my theory?

I still get Friend add requests even though i blocked and deleted them all months ago, this was supposedly fixed but I've not seen any sign of a fix ¬_¬

i think for your issue you might need to clear your messenger cache.

I also have this problem. I am connected through a netgear dg632 router but its always worked before have have not changed anything. I even did a fresh XP install. My connections status does say :
I am connected to the net through a non-PNuP port restricted NAT.
No idea what that means but i do know all my hardware is freshly reset and worked before. This is a stupid problem and id like some answers to why this has happened.

I am having the same problem. Tried many things including clearing the cache. I have completely removed messenger including deleting all files and done a registry clean. It only happens on some of my accounts.
Edit: OK. I have just tried to sign in with an account that has been giving me trouble and I got the same message, so it is NOT a computer related problem.
Microsoft need to fix it from their end.
