hi, i'm italian... my name is gloria... i'm sorry for my orrible english but i'm not so good in that language because i'm too little... so... i had installed windows live messenger plus it was all right but when i take off (spengo) my computer when i take on it the plus version isn't installed and i must install it another time... so i reinstall windows live messenger and the plus version after had eliminated them from my computer but it's the same... how can i take this version without install it everytime ??? please answer... bye bye

2) Do you have the latest version of Both Windows Live Messenger (for 8.0 users latest is: 8.0.0812.00 and for 8.1 BETA users it is: 8.1.0168.00_ClientV8.1) and Messenger Plus! Live (version 4.11.251)?

3) Do you have something Like Windows Live One Care installed?

4) Did or do you have any scripts installed?

5) Have you used any Patches Like Mess-Patch or APatch?

6) Does it also happen with both versions of Windows Live Messenger (8.0 and 8.1)?

try this;

ok remove both Messenger and Messenger Plus! by going Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and then go to "C:\Program Files\" and delete the "MSN Messenger" and "Messenger Plus! Live" folders (if they are still there). Then install both programs again.

No you didn't, I can bet 200 to 1 that you NEVER deleted the program folders and that you probably didn't remove sweetim properly.

Also do you want the english or italian version of windows live messenger?

i prefer the italian one... i did what u said... in the control panel and sweet him isn't there and isn't also in c: programs... but it rest in internet... in the possible toolbar

i found the sweetim files in c: program/macromagin but he doesn't unistall them...
