I install msg plus and when i turn on my computer there isn't msg plus .What can i do?

1) Answer either (a) or (b):

   (a) Do you have sweetim or smiley central installed at the moment?

   (b) Did you ever have sweetim or smiley central installed?

2) Do you have the latest version of Both Windows Live Messenger (for 8.0 users latest is: 8.0.0812.00 and for 8.1 BETA users it is: 8.1.0168.00_ClientV8.1*) and Messenger Plus! Live (version 4.11.251**)?

3) Do you have something Like Windows Live One Care installed?

4) Did or do you have any scripts installed?

5) Have you used any Patches Like Mess-Patch or APatch?

6) Does it also happen with both versions of Windows Live Messenger (8.0 and 8.1)?

i had sweetim.
I haven't tried the version 8.1.

remove sweetim and then do this...

remove both Messenger and Messenger Plus! by going Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and then go to "C:\Program Files\" and delete the "MSN Messenger" and "Messenger Plus! Live" folders (if they are still there). Then install both programs again.

how can i remove sweetim?
