You don't need any SP for that. That already comes in any recent Office version without a SP.

If you already have Office (and can already run Powerpoint because of that) you can only install that service pack when you have Office XP... it won't work on Office 2003 or any other version.

If you don't have Office installed at all you can't install any Office SP either. If you want Powerpoint you should buy Office first and install it.

Looks like your Office installation is damaged, installing SP2 (or any SP in general) wont fix that. Go to Windows Control Panel > Add or Remove Software, find Office and see if there is a repair option, if there is not, uninstall it and re-install.

WEll the office was on a different computer but i put the folder, in program files on a disk and then i put the disk in my computer... If anyone knows a place where i can get it... or wait is this illeigal asking, yeah it is..
