I am making an independent App. for export/import emoticons, I had tried to use scripts to reach the same purpose before that, however, exporting is easy but importing seems not possible, anyway my question is how Messenger Plus scripts get shortcut from local PC ? I noticed that there are .id2 files in emoticon saving folders and seems where MSN put shortcut info inside it(just guess), can someone help me how to get shortcut info from PC ?

You can make emotion packs i.e. MCO files containing the emotions. And then can import the MCO file with a Content Installer.
