hey i have been using messanger plus for a few months and i put a password on it so no one can read my convos. when a new month starts they make their own folders. some folders and all convos inside are protected by my password but some of them are not. do you know how i can make all my convos and folders password protected?

Yes, if you read these posts you will see that you can do this from start > run...the full path/name to the to encrypt log needs to be specified.

"C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Log Viewer.exe" /encrypt="c:\my logs\januari 2007\contact1@hotmail.com.txt" /pwd="my password"

Change "c:\my logs\januari 2007\contact1@hotmail.com.txt" to the full path/name of the log you wish to encrypt and "my password" to the password you are using for your files.

You go to start > run then type the message i put above but change what i said to change to yours (wich is the path/name to the log file and password, see my edited post above).

Tell me where your logs are (full path) and i'll tell you the exact command (minus ofcourse the private stuff such as your pw and the filename of your log..you can change those yourself).

I know you proberly considered this why not delete your unprotected ones?

haha well i accidently deleted all my convos so i gusse my problem is solved! but thanks
