When I am trying to send IM to one of my friend, but it says "unable to send the following message to all the contacts" right at this moment, but I can send IS to other people.
Is there anything wrong on my end?
These are most probably problems with microsoft's servers or you connection. Try restarting you modem/router. If that doesn't work then its a problem at micrsoft servers, wait for them to solve the problem out.
