Please enable debug option (in Preferences\Scripts) and show Debug window (in Plus! menu in main window) and tell me what it says when you select HopperLive (when Hopper can not be loaded)

Would you go to the HopperLive script directory and check if HopperLive.dll is of version 4.0.1.0108 and is precisely 81,408 bytes in filesize?

Also, would you try disabling any anti-virus or anti-spyware/adware software?

Yes, its 4.0.1.0108 and size is exactly 81,408. I use kaspersky and had already tried disabling but i tried again and still doesnt work. i also disabled windows defender. i have also tried uninstalling messenger plus live and all scripts and then reinstalling. and trying hopperlive as the only script on the fresh install. My msn messenger version is 8.1.0178.00

if my contact rename my nickname, even i change toast messange, they just can see which name he/she renamed

I don't think so, you can't override your contact's settings on his side.
