Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Try using FlashGet to download the flash player. That program will automatically search for mirrors based on filename and size will connect to the mirror sites to. It can connect to a maximum of 60 sites at a time.

If you are using dial-up that might be why, but if not then try clearing the browser cache, it works for me, so it should work for you, to do this all you have to do is run the disk clean up wizard, or you can do this manually from the browser by going to >>tools>>options>>delete cookies or delete files
