O.P. Happy  How to solve the freezing at Sign-in
Hi Boys!I have decided to do a tool to solve this problem....If you ask yourself why msn freezes at sign-in you have to know that it happens because of too long offline messages(in the most cases)...I have seen a lot of requested of help in this forum to solve this problem so i have done this tool...

How to use this tool:

Download and Run Exe,Follow Instructions

NOTE:This tool works only for 8.1.0178 and it needs .NET Framework 2.0, which you can get from Window Update or directly from Microsoft Download Database.
If your OS is Microsoft Vista you don't need Framework because it's already installed by Default....Enjoy!!

I Hope to have been Useful...Greetings:):):):)

edit:Replaced .rar with .zip

.zip File Attachment: MSN UnFreeze Tool.zip (41.17 KB)
This file has been downloaded 737 time(s).

Maybe you should .zip it, some people may not have WinRAR (whether winzip can unzips raras is beyond me, but i know windows can't do it by itself, best as zip ;) )

Well, good man spending time on this tool, unfortunatly, i have no problems, so i've no need for it..

What does this tool do to help it btw..?

RE: How to solve the freezing at Sign-in
my Messener does Freeze when I sign in, at first my contacts appear offline then 10 seconds later they all sign In gets annoying. However, I need offline messaging i dun wanna disable it. But i signed myself out and signed into with my friends email and her's run normal and fast! and she does have offline messaging ON cuz i sent her one, it came up pretty quick. So I just wanna know exactly wuts my problem and what can I dO?

extra note: my speed transfers are like 2 kb a second, maybe thats just msn..

If i install it, i'll never be able to have a look at my Offline Messages? Or does it just block it for a short period of time after sign in?

PS: would it be possible to make this not dependant on 20MB (or something like that) .NET framework?

Surely no....It doesn't modify the Exe...it just modifies the memory when you use it...I said that this tool refuses offline messages but it's no true...It refuses any text messages:The software change a code on memory,so it solves the problem, then after 50 seconds it reboots msn and closes itself..Msn won't have the offline messages and will work fine...Then sure you will be able to see the offline messages

Sure!!The program modify only one byte in memory..the problem is that visual studio 6 doesn't work for me on vista so i had to do it in vb.net,however if you want i can tell you the byte that you have to modify in memory,I know you surely know how to write bytes memory
(In all my script there is your code...Ps:Thanks Again for it)So tell me if
could(if you have the time :) )do a program and i'll give you address and bytes to modify in memory..

Don't worry..Ok you know that wlm freezes because of too long offline messages..The tool just refuse these offline messages to allow you to sign-in fine but then you will be able to see the offline messages(the offline messages which contacts will send you after you have used the tool)...

EXAMPLE:

My contact send me a long offline message and my wlm freezes because of it
then i use my tool,it refuses this offline message and allow to you to sign-in fine(you can't see this message)
then my contact send me another offline message
I will be able to see it

Im getting an 0xc0000135 error when I try to run it, it fails to initialize properly.
Sweet deal man, I just had to reinstall my .NET framework. Thanks a lot for creating this tool!
