At times I have the msn live plus..but then when i restart my computer it is no longer on, but is still on my desktop, so i click it to try and reinstall it back on my msn, but it gets as far as the actual installment..then 1/4 of the way through it stops. The message says that An error occured while trying to access the files of Messenger, and to exit and try again or restart. I restart and its just the same thing. But sometimes a few days after i restarted my computer it comes back... How can i fix this problem!!!

did you try in safe mode as described at the bottom of this thread?

k i just tried to do that..but i didnt no how to put it into safe mode? well anyways..i didnt log into anyone but my account and tried it then and it worked! so i guess the problem was we were all signing in on msn and it wouldnt run because of that? hm what do i know hahaha. thanks tho!

if you followed the instructions and carefully you would have go your computer into safe mode, so if you press F8 just after you press your power button and hit F8 numerous times until you reach a menu with safe mode written on it, then go through sign in and install

o..ah it works now so! annd, i have no clue what those scripts do! anything cool?
