Ok just seen it,

In theory I think that it has something to do with Captain Jack Harkness. But can't say too much about that because as far as I am aware, Torchwood hasn't been shown in the US yet

The Time Lords are a fictional race of humanoids, originating on the planet Gallifrey, seen in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who. The Doctor himself is a Time Lord. The female members of this group, like Romana, are sometimes called Time Ladies. They are so called because they have the technology to effect time travel, to a degree more advanced than any other civilisation. Time Lord time machines are known as TARDISes.
as nathan pointed out, time lord not time ladies

RE: Doctor Who - Not the last of his kind?
I'm just thinking, why are we saying not the last of his kind....what was said is you are not alone. That doesn't specifically mean that he isn't the last of his kind. He could be and "not alone" is something else....God three episodes in and we're already confused lol
