I don't understand what you mean, if you mean you'd like to hear them sending sounds from Messenger Plus! then they can't do that. If you want to speak to them, then you'll need to download some VoIP software like Skype: Skype.com. Your friends will also need to download the software, however this software is based around VoIP only, so the messaging side of this software isn't too good.
