First if I have any spelling problems its because I don't speak english in my country
I got a problem when I try to install the messenger plus! live(4.2) its says this:

If you know what to do tell me(and if you can show me with pictures it will be better because my messenger's language is hebrow)

How can I do that?

you can log in as an adminstrator by first seeing who has admin status (Control Panel > Users)

then logging into that account and installing it

I have just checked and I'm on the admin account and I still have that problem...

are you the only admin?

if not: try logging on to those accounts and seeing if that makes a differnce

except the admin account the only other account is guest account

Boot in to safe mode and try it

incase you dont know how:
press F8 during the boot screen, select safe mode option, press enter andyour pc should boot up in safe mode.

Still it doesn't work
What is this "Proper security rights" and how I can "get" them?
