HI: Help!!!!! When I go to my hotmail contact list it signs in no problem. But when I click to go to my hotmail, my screen goes black, it takes me to the hotmail which does not display right, but I can still read it. Once I'm finished with hotmail I close it and everything goes back to normal including the contact list. I have changed all my desktop settings numerous times and it still happens. Windows even jumped up and corrected it for me. When this distortion happens on my hotmail. I check in my desktop settings and its showing 8 bit. I don't have 8 bit. So i just change it again. I have done virus scans on my msn program file. There is no virus. So can someone help me.

Im guessing you're using IE to do this?
Have you tried it in firefox? Still the same?

What version of WLM or msn messenger do you have? Try uninstalling it first and specify which browser your using.
