the more times you are required to remember something, the stronger/more link is created.
but we shouldnt really try to explain to too much, just be thankful for it

I had a thought, when you die your brain stops sending impulses or whatever functions it, but when you are born is there a time when your brain turns on as quick as it turns off when you die. I asked my bio teacher and he said that your mind develops slowly as you progress as a newborn into a fully developed baby. Hence why some babies are colourblind and things like that. I think its impulses, too complex for me.

Size doesn't matter much (where did I heared that before )... it is the amount of neural connections and 'twists' (synapses? or whatever they are called properly) in the brain IIRC (lol the irony...)...
