Hi All,

Please help me about the Live Messenger Telephone capability.

I registered (and paid) to the Verizon Web Calling and clicked the phone icon on the Live Messenger, but that whole phone window is greyed out and I can't do anything. What did I do wrong?

Thank you for answering my question. I visited both forums but they seem to be talking only mobile phone matters.  The telephone function of the Windows Live Messenger with Verizon Web Calling is not related with Verizon Wireless account.  I would like to know just how I can set up Live Messenger telephone function.
