O.P. Running two diferent versions of MSN Messenger at the same time
Hello folks, i have the following issue...
I hate Live Messenger, is bloated, use lots of ram and the interface sucks for my taste.
Im stuck on Msn Messenger 7.0.0816 wich i think is still clean use few megabytes works for me and have most of the things i like for an msn client.
The issue is offline messages, almost the only thing i miss most from MSN Live.
Lots of friends sent me offline messages but with the client version im using i cant see them. So what i want is the ability to have the version im having AND MSN Live installed, i dont need to run them at the same time, just to open MSN Live from time to time to check my offline messages.

You can do this by going to C:/Program Files/
And then look for a folder called MSN Messenger and rename it to MSN Messenger 2. And then install Windows Live Messenger from: http://get.live.com/messenger/overview
And it should work.

As far as I remember from the website, when you install Messenger Plus! Live, it disables old version of Messenger Plus!. If so, reinstall old version www.msgpluslive.net/download/old
