Well, whenever i try and use a moving emoticon (e.g. this > )
It just shows a '(Smilie)' and doesnt move.
I have tried with other moving emoticons aswell, but none work
Why and how do i fix it?

Can you show the moving emotions you are trying to use? Messenger has strict validation checks, it may be the case the emotion frame rate is too large or something .
