I'm not sure why but when I hit the apostrophe or question mark keys it puts the letter e with an accent above it. WHY? How do I fix this?

sounds like your computer is set up to a different region to you keyboard.

go to 'control pannel' then 'regional and language options'

then change the regions to your country
