It;s always been a bit laggy compared to MSN, but recently, its really taking the piss so I done a re-install and its still fucking up. Sometimes, it jus stops working for like 30 secs to a min, and it takes about 10 mins to get goin after signing in.

I'm using 8.1, plus! and messpatch.

edit: seems to happen more when a toast comes up.

Anyone?

Virus scan maybe? If you've tried uninstalling and the like, so it miught be aproblem outside of wlm, try dong a full system scan. It's worth a try!

No it's not right at all IT's quite a common problem apparently, this post from another forum has quite  alot of suggestions, although it was very recent and the guy there hasn't solved his problems. However, he was studying for his exams which should be over pretty soon, so see what course of action is taken next if you still havent solved it. Good luck!

I was thinking of going back to 7.5... but I use the "appear offline and talk to ur contacts" feature alot so I wanna stay on WLM
