You could contact Patchou at contest(AT)msgpluslive.net. Let him know when you won and what emailaddress you used. It may be because he didn't contact all the winners yet, list of winners only show 34 people while there were 45 prizes.

HELP  I won a shirt,and mousepad but it won't let me sumit which shirt I want. D:

  I got past the put in info page but when I click sumit in this page it won't let me past.
