When I try to install MSGPlus, I get the error that the MSXML Library is damaged. It says install a new XML library, so I did. I restarted and tried to install again but still get the same error!
Please help.

What is the exact error you get (screenshot)?.
And what 'library' did you exactly installed (link)?
Always provide such exact (and important) details.


Anyways, always make sure you have all the latest hotfixes and patches installed for Windows: http://www.windowsupdate.com/

So first thing todo is to check that site and install all the updates you're lacking.

After that try again...


If that didn't work, you could try to install msxml3.msi from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?f...-9674-f752bdca9582
and msxml6.msi from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?f...-BE21-27E85E1857B1

Which Ive downloaded countless times (and the links you've posted) and it hasnt worked.

Did the installer wizard of the MSXML library install correctly? Or did it gave an error too?

It installed correctly.

Provided you've rebooted after installing it, I have no clue what could be the culprint exactly or how to fix it then, sorry....
