Hi! I installed the latest version of Messenger Plus! Live four days ago. Basically, I use Messenger to chat to my business partner every day - it saves phone calls. I want to save our conversations so we can refer later.

BUT!! Logging just doesn't seem to work!! Out of the four days, it has only saved a log file once! I am at a loss to undestand why. I have configured it to save to c:\Document and Settings\Sanddevil\My Documents and I noticed 3 days ago it created a file My Chat Logs\July 2007\mybizpartner@hotmail.co.uk

Cool!! But it was only the log for one day. Nothing has been logged since. Should it create a new file every day or add to the existing file? It is doing neither.

Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks in advance for your time and trouble!!

it adds to the existing file until the end of the month, then creates a new folder. e.g july 07, aug 07, sep 07 and so on.

have you turned off logging by mistake ?

plus! > perferences > conversations > chat logging.

make sure it is enable, and that the contact enabled in the filter list

I HAVE turned off logging in Messenger but not in Messenger Plus!

Still not working.
