Try Traktor DJ Studio,  Virtual DJ or ClubDJPro although I recommend Traktor DJ, best for DJing it yourself. ClubDJPro mixes the musics automaticly, although the beats can not match... best? do it yourself... Traktor also has really nice effects to add on the songs

oh, ClubDJPro also has VJ feature, you can connect another monitor and have photos random displaying with the sound of the music and you can add effects on the photos, or you can put the wmp thingys... lol
