OK try this...Uninstall Messenger Plus! Live (Using Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) and then go to My Computer -> Local Disk -> Program Files and delete the Messenger Plus! Live Folder. Then install Messenger Plus! Live again and see if it works.

Are you using Arabic as your language? Because in your screenshot there is some Arabic. If you are read this:

I use Arabic and English .. So now should i try to uninstalled Messenger ?
Or even if i did nothing will happen ?

I uninstalled it and and then installed it again
But still the same

You cannot use the Tabbed Conversations functionality if you are using a version of Windows Live Messenger for right-to-left languages. You should be able to use the Tabbed Conversations functionality if you uninstall your Arabic version of Windows Live Messenger and use the English version instead

I'm trying to do that but it still Arabic .. like when i went to the site to download it .. everything turns arabic.
what should i do ?

try http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?F...4fc&DisplayLang=en and ensure it says english under language.
