Scenario: My friend had lent me a laptop for the past year, i had gotten Msg+ and windows live msngr on it... i have to give it back within 3 days and i gotta delete Msg+ live off it, i know how to view the chatlogs but i would like to know how to acess them, like where are they located? not the ones my documents\my recieved files, i want the Msg+ ones.. i didnt save anything in my documents.. i had the option disabled in tools/options.. but i had Msg+ Saving chatlogs.. where can i find the chat logs to save them onto a disk.. i have done alot of business through msn/paypal and i need the logs.

if you look through Messenger Plus! Live's Settings in the chat logs section you should see the folder location in there.

plus > preference > conversations > chat logging > file destination

this will tell you where they are located. normally will be /my documents/my chat logs

ok, i got the current chat logs out.. will uninstall Msg+ Tonight THANKS!.. i was just wondering if theres a way to get the Msn+ chatlog style without having Msn+ installed?

messenger can log files too.
tools > options > message > automatically keep a history of my converstions
