O.P. Huh?  my MSN shows all my contacts as having webcams
i know not everyone does and i can't tell who has and who doesn't, i use WLM2008(i've had this b4 this version) msgplus,msgdiscovery and messpatch

please help

You need to try with a clean install of Windows Live Messenger with no add-ons. See if you have the problem then. If you don't, it's down to one of the add-ons. Make sure you have nothing ticked in mess patch which might cause this problem.
