I need help !! I have msn live messenger and i can not add custom emotions from my friend or from my computer and also my display picture is gone i can`t add new or change.

P.S. The problem begins after I instal Kaspersky internet security.
P.P.S. i have 100 time reinstaled msn messanger and is no use.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Then don't use it...simple.

I don`t use them because i can`t. If someone know what is the problem please write to me.
