is there a away to do this with specific torrents, eg if filesize > 500mb or even if i can do this with individual torrents?

i think free download manager has torrent support

The cheap way I used was to exploit a web interface.

You set up your torrent and open the web interface. Then, you check what the URL is that would start the torrent, and set that URL to open at the time you want. You could have it auto reload that URL or use Windows Task Scheduler to open the URL.

It's a very clumsy workaround though, hopefully you find a more elegant solution if you will be using it often.
