Shoutbox

I downloaded Convo Notifier a while ago but i've just noticed it doesn't work at all for some reason .. I don't get a toast telling me whos opened my box convo window .. the box is ticked and everythings applied but i dont know it just doesnt work .. can someone help mee ??

i did and i tried to download it
but it says
" An error occured while importing with script files"
