The minimize button in the main Windows Live Messenger window doesn't work, nothing happens when I click it. The maximize and the close buttons work fine and the minimize button in the conversation windows works just fine too. Also, the main WLM window doesn't appear in the taskbar when

I had version 8.1 and tried updating to version 8.5.1302.1018 but it didn't work.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you a skin manager or something ? Did you try the same but first take off the addins ?

I have no skins or any add-ons other than 'Messenger Plus! Live' (latest version) and I've had that for ages, the problem only started recently, seemingly for no reason.

Nevermind, I just found out that for some reason a script named "Enhancer" was enabled and after disabling that the minimize button started working again . Thanks for the help .
