I'm new with MsgPlus but I don't know how chatting with it.
I can receive chats from others people but I can't start chats first.

Where must I click to starting a chat ?

what do you mean? do you mean that you cant just double click on a contact and start a conversation?

if so, could you start convos before installing plus? if you could try uninstalling then reinstalling, that might work....

Where are contacts ? They're not at the same location than before.

can u send a screenshot of what you mean? im not exactly sure what your problem is, ive never heard about it before

Messenger Plus! is an addon for Messenger. It is not a IM program on its own. You still are using Windows Live Messenger.

Also Messenger Plus! can NOT be started up on its own; you need to start up Windows Live Messenger.

When you start Windows Live Messenger, you wont notice any graphical difference, everything is still in the same place. The only thing added in your contactlist is an extra menu.

So, because you say you can't find the contacts anymore, I very strongly suspect you did not downloaded Messenger Plus!. But you downloaded a FAKE program calling itself Messenger Plus!.

Please provide a screenshot of what you see when you start up Windows Live Messenger.

where did you download Plus! from? was it from a site other than this site. if so than Cookie, like always, is right

But with Msgplus the contacts are moved on an other place. I would like to know where.

Messenger Plus! does not move your contacts anywhere... I would guess that you've downloaded a virus that is posing as Messenger Plus! that has deleted all your contacts...

As I suspected I'm afraid you've been the victim of a malicious program.

Your contacts aren't moved to another place, they are deleted...

And remember:
This is exactly why people should ALWAYS download stuff from OFFICIAL sources and NEVER EVER download stuff from unofficial sources.

Also again one of the reason why leaking stuff is bad!!!! <= there is so much stuff leaked that people think it is normal and reliable when they download such stuff.

It can't be a virus because I use Kaspersky and I didn't receive any alert.
