If he's making it on 9.0, do we have to wait until 9.0 becomes public to use it? Or will it work on both 8.5 and 9.0?

Yes it does, its being made on 9.0

This skin will be compatible with 8.5 and 9.0.

I had to format last night, And in that process something fucked up and I lost all my data on my backup drive. Luckily nothing important was on there, But my skin was. I will start again within the next week or so, As I am currently busy with Work and stuff. I will try my best to get it released by the new year, maybe even Christmas day.

Damn, that sucks. Good luck on restarting the development.
