That's an issue on 24-bits bitmaps when using the Stuffplug colorizing feature. There might be something wrong with the picture's color-depth.

Are you using the Stuffplug beta with the ProperColorize feature? It's a known bug, it only occurs on 24-bits PNGs. I reported it to TB a while ago. He fixed it, and sent me the fixed DLL. But it's not released on the beta mailing-list yet.
