When I mark the desktop contacts to be "allways on top", I want them to disappear when I use a fullscreen app. In games, it's working fine, but not in a powerpoint slideshow or windows remote desktop.

I've discussed it in the IRC channel, a suggested cause is that powerpoint doesn't report it's going to fullscreen.
