Hi,

I cannot find the reason or what is causing it- but from time to time it happens and the only solution is by going through: Messenger Plus! > preferences  > Messenger tab > Floating contacts > OK.

(As I'm using the Hebrew version, maybe the Menu items above are not accurate in English – but I'm sure you understand my problem).

What can be done to preserve them floating "for ever" ?
