so my friend plays alot of CS and he also talks alot on his MSN messanger, he asked me to find out if there is  some kind of overlay thing he can install so that he can talk on MSN and play CS (or whatever game) at the sametime with out alt-tabbing out of CS.  i'm asking for him because hes playing right now lol and i'm on a mac so i really don't care..  if you know of a program or add-on thing then post the link or whatever, if its a setting or some other all-in-one chat program that will do it that works too.  if your woundering what i'm talking about if you have use Xfire you can talk to someone while playing a game with that via a key button combo.  thats what hes looking for.  thanks for any help

Apparently it requires you to have Messenger running at the same time though.
