I'm using a modified .exe for my WLM so I can use a skin that I got off of deviantArt and I have been having problems with Plus! I have to install plus! every time I close WLM or restart my computer is there any fix for this?

check out this thread first and see if it solves your problem

also, now with the new skinning feature of messenger plus you don't need to use modified exes to use skins

you can use them perfectly legally via the Skins Database

for my skin and he does not have a version thats just for Plus! and I really enjoy the Zune skin for it even though i dont own a zune . Also that sweet IM/smiley central thing has no point to my problem if its just a hacked exe.

Edit: apparently he is going to come out with a Plus! version of his skins makes my life alot easier
