lol keildude, unlike scripts where you have a new scripts button in the plus preferences and it loads up an editor etc for you to work in skinning doesnt do that, go to C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Skins\ once there create a new folder and call it whatever you want your skin to be called in my case i named mine "365 Skin", in this folder you need to create a skininfo.xml file as demonstrated in the skinning documentation aswell as any other resources you want to use in your skin, once the skininfo.xml file exists in that folder it will show up as a skin.
first and foremost however you need to read the skinning documentation specifically the topic "my first skin" and i also recommend reading willz skinning guide and other tuts that have been posted on the forums, i look forward to seeing what you come up with.
