Hello everyone, I'm on windows xp sp2, and I have wlm 8.5, when I login, I see my contacts, then wlm crashes, going unresponsive. I have tried installing older versions, but it doesn't work. I can login to my account from alternative programs like trillian etc but wlm is the best, so can anyone please help me with my problem? I'll provide any info you ask about my problem. thanks in advance.

Is this with or without Plus! installed? Also, are there any possible error codes that might have popped up? If it's not a problem within Plus! itself, you may have to take this up to Microsoft support to try and help you with the problem.
