hi. i'm using wlm 8.1 with vista ultimate. suddenly yesterday when i loged on to my computer and signed into wlm, the moment i signed in the thing hanged and automatically closed. i've tried uninstalling, repairing and everything possible that i can think of but it still wont work. please help?

i dont really wanna install 8.5. cos i have a nice skin for 8.1.
please please help

Does this happen with or without Plus!? I'm using 8.5 (which will forever be a beta...) and I don't have this problem on Home Premium. (that's my current Vista for the time being)

You might have to talk to Microsoft about the problem, but that's just my assessment.

with and without plus. it just happened yesterday when it hasnt happened before. i've been on plus, vista and wlm 8.1 for ages now

how do i get intouch with microsoft?

installed, reinstalled plus and stuff plug and found out it was the stuff plug problem.
