O.P. Hotkey - Show msg window?
Is it possible to add a hotkey to "show the msg window"? Like ALT+Z only for MSN msg window instead of use ALT+TAB thing! I use tabbed windows and only need a hotkey to that chat window.

RE: Hotkey - Show msg window?
You want a hotkey to open up your chat window? That seems awfully pointless to be honest... If you're referring to switching between tabs you can already use Ctrl+Tab.

I still have no idea what you're trying to achieve, but good job.

Volv: If you have about 5-20 apps open, it takes time for you to change with CTRL+Tab? I have a keyboard shortcut key that always is only for msn, that's better in my opinion, and of course it's faster. The hotkey open the active window.
I can also use it to open windows that are not active, like if I wan't to write a message to someone and I don't use tabs, it scrolls the windows for me fast.
I made a hotkey script to show the contact list to, works great.

I think you meant it takes times with ALT+Tab, right? Because Ctrl+Tab is generally for switching between tabs of one window.

If you don't use tabs then just use your mouse to click on whichever chat you wish to select from the taskbar, there's no need for a hotkey

ahmetgns: Yes. =)
djdannyp: "...there's no need for a hotkey." There is! See other IM clients like Miranda, they have it to.

The whole point of a shortcut key is that you don't need to move the mouse.
Although MS should really think of Implementing a method of switching between chat windows I guess.
