where are the sounds stored?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Messenger Plus!\Custom Sounds (Either directly type this address to your address bar or you may need to show hidden folders and files (Tools>Folder Options>View))

But the names of the sounds in that folder are emotion sounds' identifiers. Search this forum for a program which extracts the sounds in a Messenger Plus! sound pack as *.mp3 files (it even names the files with the original name of emotion sound) the name of the program is "Messenger Plus! Sound Pack Extractor"
