I have download skin for live messenger 8.5. When i click on open,i see "open with" and not import.. What is problem?

I have live 8.5 and live plus. Skin is for 8.5..

anyone?

what do u mean you see "open with"? i'm guessing you are using firefox, and so if when you are about to download the file, you are prompted to open with Plus! then click ok, the skin will download then it will open in Plus!, then you can click "import" to import the skin to Plus! and use it.

To use a Messenger Plus! Live skin, you first need to have the add-on installed.

1. Download and install Messenger Plus! Live.
   
2. Double-click the skin packet you've downloaded. It should be recognized as a Plus! Live skin and Plus! will ask you if you want to install it.
   
3. Check "Use this skin (...)" and then click "Install".
   
4. Messenger will be closed and restarted with the new skin activated.

It would also help if you specify a bit more information, such as:

• the name of the skin
  
• where you got the skin from (website / URL)

That way, it's easier for us to help you with your problem and we can help you quicker.
