Can PLus skins change contact hover tooltips?

In my ex-Miranda installation, when I hoovered a contact in clist, this would be what I get:




One simple way to improve contacts tooltips was to replace the actual tooltip with the Messenger Plus contact information screen, and it would be something like this:

I do not think you can manipulate a tool tip in such a way to make the contacts info screen come up, but there could possibly be a way to click a contact and make it come up, but unfortunately im not so sure, but this should probably be posted in the skinning part of the forum, not this area, Welcome to the Forums.

Maybe a challenge for Patchou??
