Zahid™ already posted an alternative link to a trusted site.

Remember that the download link on the official site changes from time to time to another download server (to spread the load a bit). So you could try to refresh the download page and/or try again later.

Also, Patchou has recently added another server and moved some stuff from one server to the other, this might be what is causing these errors.

Nevertheless, I agree that there should be some "official" mirrors, and also clearly listed on the official site. Lately some scam "mirrors" have turn up and to someone who isn't familiar with the resident people here, there is no way in knowing if a mirror is trustable or not.

Anyways, remember that you can very easly check if your setup file is legit or not:

1. Right click the setup file in Windows Explorer and choose "Properties"
   
   
2. Click on the tab "Digital Signature"
   If this tab is not there, it is already a sign that the setup file is broken, tampered with or even not Plus! at all. Remove it at once, clear your browser cache and download it again from the official site. Do not start the setup.
   
   
3. In the signature list, select the only signature which should be there, named: "Patchou"
   
   
4. Now click on the "Details" button
   
   => A new window should popup saying that this signature is ok.
   If there is a red icon with a cross (or something similar) and text saying that there is something wrong with the signature, then the setup is broken, tampered with or even not Plus! at all. Remove it at once, clear your browser cache and download it again from the official site. Do not start the setup.
