ok whenever i open msn, explorer, or live mail it says that it has encountered a problem and it needs to close. why does it do this and how can i fix it.
ive got explorer 7, firefox, the latest msn im pretty sure, can u help me out
also ive got windows XP Media centre edition

means that Explorer is corruput, you may need to re-install it or upgrade it

Erm, WTF? If anything I'd imagine it being Internet Explorer, not Explorer. If Explorer was corrupt, there would be more errors than that. It could be for example that the drivers for the network card that have bugged up and need to be rolled back. Now you said that with such confidence that they will go away trying what you said (Which doesn't make sense anyway). This is why people shouldn't post if they don't know the answer

I think he may mean explorer as internet explorer.
