Erm, WTF? If anything I'd imagine it being Internet Explorer, not Explorer. If Explorer was corrupt, there would be more errors than that. It could be for example that the drivers for the network card that have bugged up and need to be rolled back. Now you said that with such confidence that they will go away trying what you said (Which doesn't make sense anyway). This is why people shouldn't post if they don't know the answer
