What will a user that doesn't have Plus! see when i use /me <text> ??

I think you misunderstood, if not ur post makes no sense...

I mean't would they actually see what i see or see just like normal text?

i just tested it with meebo and my plus account and this is what i sent:

  /me tests

this is what i received on meebo:

«I tests

also if you want you can do «I <text> and it will make it look like /me text, so you dont need plus to make it do that, only our contact does need it

Also, WLM's dodgy chat logging feature logs it as «I , that is where I discovered these characters before this thread.

Edit: I noticed that, also typing these characters at the beginning of a message will produce the action message even if the commands are disabled from Preferences.
